We source fresh produce and dairy locally every day, supporting Pakistani farmers and suppliers while maintaining top quality.

We deliver all perishable items like fruits, vegetables and frozen items in insulated packaging to keep them fresh until they reach you.

Ordering and Payments

Add items to your cart → go to Checkout → review your details → place your order. You may receive a call to confirm your order.

We support:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Card on delivery
  • Online credit/debit card payments

Choose the card option at checkout and enter your card details. Your payment will be securely processed.

Yes. Bazaar App values your privacy and never shares your data. We also never ask for OTPs or sensitive info outside the platform.

Go to 'Order History' under 'Account & Settings'. You'll also get a receipt with your delivery.

The minimum order amount is Rs. 500.

If you are not receiving the OTP, try the following steps:

  • Check your network signal.
  • Ensure your phone number is correct and not recently ported.
  • Wait a minute, then tap "Resend OTP" or use the "WhatsApp OTP" option.
  • Check if the SMS is blocked or marked as spam.
  • Restart your phone.

Still no OTP? Go to "Account" > "Bazaar Rehbar Helpline" in the app to contact support.

The OTP will initially be sent via SMS only. After 44 seconds, tap 'Resend Code' and then choose the 'WhatsApp' option.

If you forget to add an item, contact our Customer Support Helpline. If the order hasn't been packed, we'll be able to help.

No, currently the estimated time of arrival is only visible to mobile application users.

Yes, you must have a Bazaar account to place an order.

Yes: open your profile icon, go to 'Order History', select the order, click 'Help', then choose 'Cancel Order.'

Delivery Related

We offer next-day delivery between 9 AM – 6 PM.

For orders under Rs. 4000, there is a delivery charge of Rs. 120. For orders over Rs. 4000, customers can avail free delivery.

Yes! You can view a 3-hour delivery window by selecting the dispatched order from the 'Orders' option in your account.

No — once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. You'll need to cancel and place a new order with the updated address.

Yes, you can place multiple orders. They may arrive separately or together based on processing times.

Our rider will contact you before delivering. You'll need to coordinate with them, otherwise the order may be cancelled.

After placing an order using Bazaar Coins, you receive a 4-digit wallet code. Provide this code to the rider at delivery to pay via coins.

Cancellations & Returns

Go to the 'Account' tab, select 'Orders', choose your order, and tap 'Cancel Order' in the help section.

Please share the item details with our Customer Support — we'll check if it's eligible.

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Bazaar Rehbar Helpline. We'll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible.

If any item is missing from your order, please contact our Bazaar Rehbar Helpline. We'll arrange for the missing item to be delivered as soon as possible.

Bazaar Coins and Rewards

Bazaar Coins (loaded via JazzCash, 0.25% fee) can purchase groceries, pay utility bills, or do mobile recharge.

You can load Bazaar Coins through JazzCash in the app.

The coins you add via JazzCash have no expiry.

Not right now. Stay updated in the app for any new rewards!

Bazaar does not apply any top-up fee; however, JazzCash imposes a 0.25% transaction charge.

Location Concerns

You need to update your location first and then place a new order to receive it at the desired address.

After clicking 'Checkout', the 'Delivery Address' screen appears where you can update your location.

Yes, you can update your location after clicking the 'Checkout' option on the web app.

No, riders deliver to the location set by the customer at order time.

Select the desired order under 'Orders' in your account to view the delivery address.

You are requested to confirm whether you are using a work profile on your Play Store; if not, please contact our Bazaar Rehbar helpline to provide PIN location and error screenshot for further assistance.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Once you have placed the complaint by going through the help section in the App within 48 hours of your delivery, an exchange order will be placed.
Exchange and return are not eligible for the following categories:

  • Tobacco/Nicotine products
  • Promotional/sale items
  • Health & Personal Care (HPC)
  • Imported goods
  • Pet supplies

Still no OTP? Go to "Account" > "Bazaar Rehbar Helpline" in the app to contact support.

Refunds typically take 48 hours to be processed after we have verified the return or cancellation.

For a refund request, go to your order history and click on the help section to get in touch with our Bazaar Rehbar Whatsapp Helpline within 48 hours of receiving the order.
