How does Bazaar App work?
Explore 30+ product categories and add your favorite items to your cart—no sign-up needed to get started! When you're ready to check out, simply log in or create an account, choose your preferred payment method, and we'll deliver your groceries the very next day.
How do I create an account?
Enter your phone number on the mobile android app, ios app, or website , input the OTP sent via SMS or WhatsApp, and your account will be ready in seconds!
What kind of products does Bazaar App offer?
Bazaar App offers grocery essentials across 30+ categories, including household cleaning and personal care items, staples, oil & ghee, dairy, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as frozen foods. We pride ourselves on offering the widest range of local and branded products in one place. Explore all categories here.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across all areas of Karachi for household/individual customers ordering groceries. If you're a shopkeeper or retailer, you can access the Bazaar App in over 10 cities across Pakistan. Log into the app to check delivery availability in your area!
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Absolutely! We offer everyday low prices across all products, along with exclusive super saver deals, bundle offers, and bulk purchase discounts on selected items. It's our way of making your grocery shopping budget-friendly.
Which devices can I use the Bazaar App on?
You can download Bazaar App from the Google Play Store, App Store, or shop directly via our website at website using any browser and device.
Are your groceries fresh?
Yes! Bazaar App ensures fresh stock daily so you get top-quality groceries delivered every time.
Are your products locally sourced?
We source fresh produce and dairy locally every day, supporting Pakistani farmers and suppliers while maintaining top quality.
How are fruits, vegetables, and frozen items delivered?
We deliver all perishable items like fruits, vegetables and frozen items in insulated packaging to keep them fresh until they reach you.
How do I place an order on BazaarApp?
Add items to your cart → go to Checkout → review your details → place your order. You may receive a call to confirm your order.

How do I add a credit/debit card?
Choose the card option at checkout and enter your card details. Your payment will be securely processed.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Bazaar App values your privacy and never shares your data. We also never ask for OTPs or sensitive info outside the platform.
Where can I view my order history and receipts?
Go to 'Order History' under 'Account & Settings'. You'll also get a receipt with your delivery.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is Rs. 500.
I didn't receive my OTP – what should I do?
If you are not receiving the OTP, try the following steps:

How to receive OTP on WhatsApp?
The OTP will initially be sent via SMS only. After 44 seconds, tap 'Resend Code' and then choose the 'WhatsApp' option.
What if I forget to add something to my order?
If you forget to add an item, contact our Customer Support Helpline. If the order hasn't been packed, we'll be able to help.
Can I track my order via Web App?
No, currently the estimated time of arrival is only visible to mobile application users.
Is an account required to place an order via the Web App?
Yes, you must have a Bazaar account to place an order.
Can I cancel my order via Web App?
Yes: open your profile icon, go to 'Order History', select the order, click 'Help', then choose 'Cancel Order.'
When will my order arrive?
We offer next-day delivery between 9 AM – 6 PM.
Is there a delivery fee?
For orders under Rs. 4000, there is a delivery charge of Rs. 120. For orders over Rs. 4000, customers can avail free delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can view a 3-hour delivery window by selecting the dispatched order from the 'Orders' option in your account.
What if my order is delayed?
We'll keep you updated via call or app notifications. Contact support. If the for further assistance.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
No — once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. You'll need to cancel and place a new order with the updated address.
Can I place multiple orders in a day?
Yes, you can place multiple orders. They may arrive separately or together based on processing times.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our rider will contact you before delivering. You'll need to coordinate with them, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
What is a wallet code?
After placing an order using Bazaar Coins, you receive a 4-digit wallet code. Provide this code to the rider at delivery to pay via coins.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to the 'Account' tab, select 'Orders', choose your order, and tap 'Cancel Order' in the help section.
Can I return an item?
Please share the item details with our Customer Support — we'll check if it's eligible.
What if I get a wrong or defective item?
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Bazaar Rehbar Helpline. We'll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible.
What if something is missing from my order?
If any item is missing from your order, please contact our Bazaar Rehbar Helpline. We'll arrange for the missing item to be delivered as soon as possible.
What are Bazaar coins used for?
Bazaar Coins (loaded via JazzCash, 0.25% fee) can purchase groceries, pay utility bills, or do mobile recharge.
How do I get Bazaar Coins?
You can load Bazaar Coins through JazzCash in the app.
Do Bazaar Coins expire?
The coins you add via JazzCash have no expiry.
Do you have a referral or rewards program?
Not right now. Stay updated in the app for any new rewards!
Are there any top-up fees/charges for Bazaar Coins?
Bazaar does not apply any top-up fee; however, JazzCash imposes a 0.25% transaction charge.
Can I change the location of my current order?
You need to update your location first and then place a new order to receive it at the desired address.
How can I change the location via App?
After clicking 'Checkout', the 'Delivery Address' screen appears where you can update your location.
Can I update my location via Bazaar Web App?
Yes, you can update your location after clicking the 'Checkout' option on the web app.
Can the rider deliver to a location other than the one specified?
No, riders deliver to the location set by the customer at order time.
Where can I see the location of my order in the app?
Select the desired order under 'Orders' in your account to view the delivery address.
I am unable to update my accurate location via App.
You are requested to confirm whether you are using a work profile on your Play Store; if not, please contact our Bazaar Rehbar helpline to provide PIN location and error screenshot for further assistance.
What is your exchange policy?
Once you have placed the complaint by going through the help section in the App within 48 hours of your delivery, an exchange order will be placed.
