Cooking Instructions

Boil ½ litre milk in a saucepan, then slowly empty the pack into the boiling milk while stirring and cook for a minute. Pour caramel topping into the mould, then gently pour the hot mixture over it and cool at room temperature for 45 minutes before refrigerating. Once set, loosen the pudding edges with a knife, invert onto a serving dish, gently shake to release and serve.
